Marland Maddox

Mrs. Marland Kyra Maddox, 76, of Union City passed away 5:55 p.m. Wednesday, May 20, 2020, at Obion County Nursing Home.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 10 a.m. until noon Saturday.
She was born Dec. 26, 1943, in Lauderdale County, daughter of the late Alfred and Ruth (Brandonberg) Buckner. She married Paul Maddox Jan. 11, 1964. He survives.
She retired from the Union City Walmart store as photo lab manager after 13 years of service and was a member of Calvary Baptist Church in Union City.
She is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Debbie Maddox and Shane and Rita Maddox, all of Union City; two grandchildren and the spouse of one, Austin and Ashley Maddox and Rachel Maddox, all of Union City; and two great-grandchildren, Avery Nichole Maddox and Axel Lane Maddox, both of Union City.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, James Buckner and Richard Whitney.
