L.D. Faulkner

Funeral services will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. B.J. Cohn and Brother Jerry Leggett will officiate.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Tuesday.
Honorary pallbearers will be Bud Harper, Steve Harper, L.D. Harper, Rick Carlson, Mark Stephenson and Rocky Grenell.
L.D. was born Sept. 10, 1958, in Lake County, son of the late L.D. and Helen Marie (Prater) Faulkner. He married the former Diane Howard May 4, 1979. She died Sept. 2, 2014. L.D. had been employed as a butcher for E.W. James & Sons in Union City for 12 years and was an avid hunter.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Fran and Matt Payne of Rives; his son and daughter-in-law, Tra and Lauren Faulkner of Nashville; a special family friend, Josh Breeden of Union City; four grandchildren, Britney Payne, Autumn Payne and Hagan Payne, all of Rives, and Olivia Faulkner of Nashville; four sisters, Betty Leonard of the Blue Bank community, Freda Sturgis of Jackson and Martha Rice and Catherine Mayhall, both of Union City; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Justa Johnson; and his brother, Bobby Faulkner.
