Jerry Wayne Green, 67, of Union City died Aug. 17, 2015, at his residence.
Services will be held 10 a.m. Friday at Griffin Funeral Home in Star City, Ark., with the Revs. James Kinsey and Larry Hitesman officiating.
Burial will follow at Hickory Grove Cemetery in Star City.
Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Thursday at Griffin Funeral Home.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Doug Durkee, John Lemaster, Michael Harrison, Donald Moran, Joe Newton, Elbert Owen and Wayne Jordan.
Honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Harrison and Harrison Durkee.
The family requests memorials be made to Sunswept Baptist Church in Union City.
He was born Nov. 10, 1947, in Star City, son of the late Howard D. and Eunice Lee (Haynes) Green. He married Mary Margaret Carter Aug. 11, 1980. She survives. He was a retired plant manager of the former Gurien Finishing Co., where he worked for 12 years. He was a reservist in the United States National Guard and was a member of Sunswept Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Mary Margaret (Carter) Green; two daughters and a son-in-law, Kristie and Michael Harrison of San Antonio and Michelle and John Lemaster of Albertville, Ala.; his stepdaughter and son-in-law, Jennifer and Doug Durkee of Union City; five grandchildren, Hunter and Scout Harrison, Haley Lemaster and Reagan and Harrison Durkee; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Peggy and James Floyd of Somerset, Ky., and Shirley Ann Reynolds of Star City; a brother and sister-in-law, Raymond and Juanita Green of Star City; and several nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by a grandson, Braden Durkee; and a brother, Charles Green.
