Bo Bradshaw

Mr. Don William “Bo” Bradshaw Sr., 71, of Union City passed away 3:42 a.m. Friday, Aug. 14, 2015, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Funeral services were to be conducted 2 p.m. today in the chapel of Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Billy Amberg and Brother Robert Johnson were to officiate. Burial was to follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
Visitation was held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 5-8 p.m. Sunday.
Pallbearers were to be Will Bradshaw, Cole Bradshaw, Allen Wilson, Shawn Walton, Shane Walton, Terry Bradshaw and Nicky Barnes.
Mr. Bradshaw was born Jan. 31, 1944, in Hickman, Ky., son of the late Jack and Carrie (Cheney) Bradshaw. He married Rose (Shreaves) Bradshaw on Sept. 20, 1965. She survives.
Mr. Bradshaw retired after 32 years of service at the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company in Union City and had served as vice president of the local United Steel Workers in Union City. He was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City and was a member of the Union City Masonic Lodge and the Royal Arch Lodge in Virginia.
Mr. Bradshaw served in the U.S. Marine Corps in the Vietnam War and was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He is also survived by one daughter, Rebecca “Becky” Wilson of Union City; one son and daughter-in-law, Don William “Bo” Bradshaw Jr. and Becky Lynn Bradshaw of Kingston Springs; five sisters, Jean Decker and Donna Thompson, both of Union City, Martha Bloxom of Obion, Brenda Sanders of Ripley and Gail Wagner of Memphis; two brothers, Charles Bradshaw of Forrest City, Ark., and Randy Walton of Union City; and four grandchildren, Don William “Will” Bradshaw III and Jackson Cole Bradshaw, both of Kingston Springs, and Allen Wilson and Carrie Wilson, both of Union City.
He was also preceded in death by three sisters, Kathleen Walton, Sue Bradshaw and Noma Morris; and two brothers, Bill Bradshaw and Carl Thomas Bradshaw.
