Shirley Ann Williams, 60, of South Fulton died July 7, 2015, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at Jacksonville Freewill Baptist Church.
Interment will follow in Pleasant View Memorial Gardens.
Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday at the church.
Rawls Funeral Home in South Fulton is in charge of arrangements.
