Frank Arnold Jr., 38, of Indianapolis, formerly of Martin, died May 30, 2015, at Indiana University West Hospital in Avon.
Memorial services will be held 4 p.m. July 25 at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden.
Interment will follow at Sunrise Cemetery.
