Brad Thompson

Mr. Jonathan Bradley Thompson, 43, of Ripley and formerly of Martin passed away at 10:30 p.m. Sunday, June 7, 2015, at his home.
Funeral services will be conducted 3 p.m. Friday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Jerry Leggett will officiate. Burial will follow in Hatler’s Chapel Cemetery in Weakley County.
Visitation will be held at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home from 1 p.m. until the hour of services Friday.
Pallbearers will be Cody Chipman, Jeff Newman, Brad Beasley, David Napper, Ben Kelly, Bo Guess, Michael Thompson and Timmy Bates.
Brad was born October 31, 1971, in Martin, son of Mike and Shelia (Walker) Thompson of Martin. He married Kammie (Kelly) Thompson June 17, 2013. She survives. He worked for the former Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in Union City and currently worked for DOT Foods Inc. in Dyersburg. He was also of the Baptist faith.
He is also survived by one son, Jack Thompson of Munford; one daughter, Bailey Thompson of Munford; one step-daughter and son-in-law, Kristin and Cody Chipman of Gates; one sister, Christel Laney of Martin; one brother, Michael Thompson of Clinton, Maine; and his grandfather, Joe Walker of Martin.
He was preceded in death by one son, Jonathan Parker Thompson; his grandmothers, Verna Walker and June Thompson; his grandfather, Herbert Thompson; and his brother, Joey Guest.
