Lehman Webb

Funeral services for Mr. Webb will be Saturday at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Karnes & Son Funeral Home of Kenton. Interment will follow in New Salem Cemetery of Mason Hall. The family will receive friends from 10:30 a.m. until service time at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday.
Lehman was the son of the late William “Bill” and Willie Louise (Nevil) Webb of the Clayton community. He was born in Dyer County, May 7, 1934.
Mr. Webb retired from construction work and served with the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. Military honors will be observed.
He is survived by his mother, Willie L. (Nevil) Webb of Clayton; his wife, Alice (Sawyer) Webb of Springville; and two sisters, Wilma Turner and Vercie Lee Haltom, both of Clayton. He leaves four children and their spouses, Milton and Xenna Webb of Springville, Tim and Libby Webb of Medina, Donna Cunningham of Trenton and John and Dorothy Webb of Jackson.
Mr. Webb also leaves 13 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his father, Bill Webb; his brother, Billy Webb; and three grandchildren.
