Dortha Wedeking

Services will be handled by Roller-Daniel Funeral Home in Searcy, AR.
She was born May 19, 1929, in Conway, AR, daughter of the late George and Mary (Swayze) Hegi. She married John Martin in 1947. He passed away in 1964. She then married Lee Wedeking in 1977. He passed away in 1995. She had been a supervisor for the Illinois Glove Factory in Beardstown, IL and was a member of the Church of Christ. She had also been a volunteer at White County Hospital in Searcy, AR.
She is survived by three daughters and sons-in-law, Paula and Mike McCage of Troy, Sharon and Steve Battles of Springfield, IL and Tammy and Brent Behl of Southaven, MS; seven grandchildren and the spouses of six, Rachel and Jamie Clark, Andrea and Hunter Hoffman, Landon and Maggie McCage, Andrew and Kaylyn Polinski, Ebernay McCage, Bethany and Patrick Barnthson and Clinton and Kayla Battles; eight great-grandchildren; sister, Barbara Pruitt; and  brother, G.L. Hegi.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Mary Mateljan.
