Services will be held at 1 p.m. Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home Chapel, with the Rev. Larry Hitesman officiating.
Burial will follow at Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. until the hour of services on Saturday at the funeral home.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
He was born March 28, 1939, in Union City, son of the late Hafford and Louise (Edwards) Hall. He was a retired maintenance man having worked the last 19 years at the former Layne and Bowler Pump Co. in Memphis. He was a lifelong drag racing fan and automobile enthusiast.
He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Lynn and Keith Nolen of Memphis; his son, Tony Hall of Southaven, Miss.; his granddaughter and her spouse, Sarah and Michael Tate of Collierville; his great-grandson, Joshua Tate of Collierville; three cousins and four nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by his sister, Phyllis Rowden; and his brother, Jerry Hall.
