Mrs. Frances Jannette Smothers Priest, 71, of Austin, Texas died Sunday, Dec. 21, 2014 at St. David Hospital South in Austin. Services will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 28, 2014 at Murphy Funeral Home Chapel in Martin.
