Services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy, with Dr. Phillip Cook and the Rev. Judd Mowery officiating. Burial will follow in Antioch Cemetery near Hornbeak.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Brian Hailey, Brandon Hailey, David Parham, Randy Parham, Kyle Williams and Taylor Nix. Honorary pallbearers will be Greg Williams, Johnny Nix, PeeWee Parnell and Nicholas Parnell.
The family requests that memorials be made to Troy United Methodist Church.
Mrs. Davis was born July 5, 1933, in Obion County, daughter of the late Frank and Depoca (Alexander) Hilton. She married Edward Hailey in 1951. He died Oct. 29, 1982. She married James Raymond Davis on Aug. 5, 1983. He survives.
She was a homemaker and a member of Troy United Methodist Church.
She was the former president of Woodmen of the World Chapter 196 in Hornbeak.
She is also survived by three daughters and two sons-in-law, Dana Parham of South Fulton, Teresa and Greg Williams of Martin and Donna and Johnny Nix of Covington; eight grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Michael Ray Hailey.
