Col. Ray Bell

Graveside services with full military honors will be 1 p.m. Thursday at East View Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 11 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Thursday at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
He was born Nov. 4, 1928, in Obion County, son of the late Lewis A. and Margaret (Jessup) Bell. He was retired from the U.S. Army, having served in World War II, and was the former owner and operator of Plastic Products of St. Louis, where he worked for 30 years. He was a Mason and a life member of the Moolah Shrine Temple in St. Louis.
He is survived by his daughter, Teresa Pena of Encinitas, Calif.; his son, Gregory Alan Bell of Indianapolis; his granddaughter, Ashleigh Bell of Riverside, Calif.; his grandson, Jeremy Ferber of Grand Junction, Colo.; and his great-granddaughter, Penelope Ferber of Grand Junction.
