Services will be 11 a.m. Saturday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Revs. Russ Ragovin, Paul Sternisha and John and Claudia Polsgrove officiating. Burial will follow in East View Cemetery.
There will be no visitation.
The family requests that memorials be made to Union City First Christian Church, 603 South Second St., Union City, TN 38261.
She was born Aug. 5, 1920, in Union City, daughter of the late Sydney Reece and Henrietta Angeline (Phebus) Alexander. She married James Randall “J.R.” Moore April 9, 1939. He died Dec. 30, 2007.
She was a homemaker and a member of Union City First Christian Church for 82 years. She had served as a Sunday school teacher and was active in the Christian Women’s Fellowship and Christian Youth Fellowship. She was also life grand master of the Duplicate Bridge Club.
Survivors include three daughters and her son-in-law, Angie and Ronnie Harris of Rives, Reece Garner of Union City and Randa Bransford of Avondale Estates, Ga.; eight grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by two sons, James Cannon Moore and David Reid Moore; and two sisters, Margaret Jones Muschel and Dorothy “Bill” Bond.
