Betty Gus Mosier

Betty Gus Mosier, 82, of Union City died Sept. 12, 2014, at Golden Living Center in Union City.
Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Union City, with the Rev. Drew Hayes officiating. White-Ranson Funeral Home will be in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Marcus Fennell, Marshall Fennell, Matt Fennell, Jimmy Hayes, Bob Crackle and Glen Carter.
She was born July 9, 1932, in Obion County, daughter of the late Merville Lewis and Mildred (Callicott) Mosier. She was a retired teacher who had worked in the Dyersburg and Union City school systems. She had also been the Northwest Council program director. She was a member of Rives Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
She is survived by several cousins.
