Graveside services will be 3 p.m. Wednesday at Obion County Memorial Gardens, with Dr. Cecil Sewell officiating. White-Ranson Funeral Home will be the site for visitation from 1 p.m. until time to leave for the cemetery a.
The family requests that memorials be made to Union City First Baptist Church.
She was born May 30, 1922, in Kenton, daughter of the late Clarence and Vera Elizabeth (Pope) Eddlemon. She married Charles Wesley Rasberry April 14, 1943. He died Dec. 15, 1975. She was a homemaker and was a member of Union City First Baptist Church, as well as the Lael Sunday School Class. She was also a member of the church’s 39ers group and the Woman’s Missionary Union.
She is survived by her brother and sister-in-law, Bill and Ruby Eddlemon of Knoxville; several nieces and nephews, including Teresa and Bob Crackel of Rives, Jo Lynn and George Gibson of Union City, Linda Kay Moore of Newbern, Lou Ann and Dale Rogers of Cadiz, Ky., and Shelvie and Wallace Bizwell of Oklahoma; and several great-nieces and great-nephews and great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, Connie Dunagan; and five brothers, Willard Eddlemon, Ralph Eddlemon, J.P. Eddlemon, Wade Eddlemon and Bob Eddlemon.
