James Ruffin

Services for Mr. Ruffin will be held Wednesday at 11 a.m. at Covington Memorial Gardens, with the Rev. Mike Melton officiating. Visitation for Mr. Ruffin will be held Wednesday from 9:45-10:45 a.m. at Maley-Yarbrough Funeral Home in Covington.
Mr. Ruffin was a steel worker for Camasco and a member of the Methodist Church.
He is survived by his wife, Peggy (Sartain) Ruffin of Covington; three sons and two daughters-in-law, Vance Ruffin of Covington, Chuck and Kathy Ruffin of Millington and Dan and Monica Ruffin of Covington; his daughter and son-in-law, Tracy and Shane Peery of Covington; two sisters, Martha Ann Hughes of Englewood, Fla., and Ina Claire Wright of Union City; seven grandchildren, Scott Ruffin, Brent Ruffin, Erin Peery Brown, Blake Ruffin, Hunter Peery, Colby Ruffin and Carson Ruffin; and four great-grandchildren, Elizabeth Brown, Emma Brown, Brylie Ruffin and Bella Ruffin.
