Betty Jo Orr

Services will be 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home. Brother Mickey Hanks will officiate. 
Graveside services will be 4 p.m. Thursday in Rural Hill Cemetery in Northville, Mich., with Brother Tom Shelton officiating.
The family will receive friends at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home 5-7:30 p.m. Tuesday.
Pallbearers will be Troy Henry, Todd Orr, Danny Shelton, Jimmy Shelton, Chris Pavloff and Zac Schneider.
Mrs. Orr was born Jan. 1, 1935, in Tiptonville, daughter of the late Asa Dixon “A.D.” and Blanche Elaine (Godwin) Swindle. She married George Dallas Orr March 3, 1950. He died Dec. 13, 1995. Mrs. Orr was a member of the Hornbeak Baptist Church.
She is survived by four daughters and three sons-in-law, Connie Atkins of Union City, Karen and Tom Shelton and Vickie and Paul Pavloff, all of Canton, Mich., and Lisa and Joe Saliga of North Branch, Mich.; five sons and three daughters-in-law, Wayne and Cheryl Orr of Plymouth, Mich., Steve and Diane Orr of Wasilla, Alaska, David and Karen Orr of Belleville, Mich., Jeff Orr of Canton and Jim Orr of Ypsilanti, Mich.; 15 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; her sister, Monita Alexander of Hornbeak; and her brother, Dickie Swindle of Union City.
She was also preceded in death by three grandchildren, David Shelton, Amy Shelton and Jilann Weise; and her sister, Peggy Weaks.
