Dr. Barton Warner

He was the son of the late John Lockwood Warner Sr. and Arlene Short Warner and the brother of John Warner of Union City.
A memorial service will take place Saturday at 3 p.m. at First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro. The Rev. Michael O’Ban-non will officiate. Box 332392, Murfreesboro, TN 37133; or to First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro, 265 West Thompson Lane, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.
Visitation will be today from 4-7 p.m. at Woodfin Memorial Chapel and Saturday from 1-3 p.m. before the memorial service at the church.
Dr. Warner is also survived by his loving wife of 48 years, Lucy (Lowry) Warner; two daughters, Lindsey Robertson and Margaret Ann McKee; his son, Sam Warner; seven grandchildren; his sister and brother-in-law, Beth and Dan Sinclair; his sister-in-law, Lelia Warner of Union City; and many nieces and nephews.
