She was born Dec. 29, 1963, in St. Louis, daughter of the late Donald Leroy and Helen (McCollum) Bauer. She was a homemaker and a member of Faith Deliverance Church in South Fulton.
She is survived by two daughters, Kecia Collier and Kelsey Waggoner, both of South Fulton; two grandchildren, Christopher Isaiah Larson and Jacob Israel Bailey,  both of South Fulton; her brother, Donald Baugher of Hickman, Ky.; her half brother, John Barnes of Arkansas; her half sister, Sonja Bennett of Arkansas; and her fiancé, James Grogan of South Fulton.
