Kaye Shaw

Services were set for 2 p.m. today at Strong Funeral Home in Hickman, with the Revs. Henry Callison and Phillip McClure officiating. Burial was to follow in Hickman City Cemetery.
Pallbearers were to be Steve Brown, Ronnie Lane, Blane Malone, Johnny Craddock, Tim Guess and Tommy Hodges. Honorary pallbearers were to be Jerry Bailey, Charles Whitby, Harold Garrison, Charles D. King and Finis Burress.
As a registered nurse, she had worked at Baptist Health Union City, Fulton County (Ky.) Home Health, Parkway Regional Home Health in Fulton and Hickman Clinic and had retired as administer of the Fulton County Health Department in 1999.
Kaye was a member of Second Baptist Church in Union City.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Lester and Nell Eason.
Survivors include her husband, James Shaw Jr.; her son and daughter-in-law, Mark and Stephanie Rumfelt  of Benton, Ky.; two daughters and sons-in-law, Michelle and Jacky O’Neal of Mayfield, Ky., and Connie and Ed Simmons of Atwater, Ohio; two stepdaughters and their spouses, Mary Ann and Chris Darnell of Benton and Melissa and Paul Ballew of Paducah; her brother, David Eason of Nashville; 11 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
