Sue Evans

Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday at White & Mahon Funeral Home in Troy, with the Rev. Terry Pulley officiating. Burial will follow in the Mt. Moriah Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home.
Pallbearers will be Donnie Evans Sr., Donnie Evans Jr., Perry Barfield, Dennis Evans, Michael O’Steen, Jimmy Branham and Eddie Fickle.
She was born June 10, 1960, in Kittery, Maine, daughter of Dorothy Mae (McTurner) King Hale of Shawtown and the late Bruce King Jr. She married Donnie C. Evans Sr. June 27, 1999. He survives. She was a retired fork truck driver for the former Goodyear Tire & Rubber Co. and was a U.S. Navy veteran. She was a member of Union Baptist Church near Hickman.
She is also survived by her stepson, Donnie Evans Jr. of Fulton; her brother and sister-in-law, Paul Wayne and Janice King of Hornbeak; two sisters, Brenda King of Gadsden, Ala., and Linda King of Hornbeak; two nieces, Tasha King of Dyersburg and Amber Hopkins of Ripley; and five great-nephews.
