Rosemary Foster

Services were 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 28, 2013, at Stephenson-Shaw Funeral Home in Jackson.
She was born March 11, 1961, in Westbrook, Pa., daughter of the late Fidel and Cathleen Feliciano. She was married to Edward Foster, who survives, and was the mother of four daughters, including Mrs. McLendon and Mrs. Ware, CaSandra Hall and Amber Feliciano, both of Jackson.
She is also survived by her sons-in-law, Rod McLendon and Cheo Ware, both of Union City, and Marvin Suggs of Jackson; 11 grandchildren, Jocelyn Hall, Essence Ware, Patience Ware, Alexia Hall, Faith McLendon, Cameron McLendon, Mataeo Hall, Breanna McLendon, Cheo Ware Jr., Myonna Suggs and Gabrielle Ware; three sisters, Carmen Feliciano, Anna Johnson and Marge Phape; and her brother, Jose Feliciano.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Ralph Feliciano and Jimmy Feliciano.
