Memorial services were set for 11 a.m. today at Edmaiston-Mosley Funeral Home.
Dr. Melvin Poe was to officiate. Burial was to be in Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis.

He was born Jan. 13, 1922, in Battle Creek, Mich., son of the late J.A. and Alice (Goucher) Wagner. He married the former Emily Cox Oct. 10, 1970. She survives. He retired after 25 years of service with Taubman Properties, where he worked as a mall manager. A World War II Air Corps veteran, he was of the Baptist faith.
He is also survived by three sons and two daughters-in-law, Jack and Linda Wagner of Flint, Mich., Rick and Debbie Wagner of Rockton, Ill., and David Wagner of Lexington, Ky.; his stepdaughter, Annetta Phillips of Fulton; five grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his brother, J.A. Wagner; and two sisters, Belden Hatch and Jennie Wagner.
