Graveside services will be 1 p.m. Thursday at Rose Hill Cemetery in Obion, with Tony Jones officiating. Cryer Funeral Home in Obion is in charge of arrangements.
Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Friends may call at the funeral home from 11 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. Thursday.
He was born Nov. 6, 1963, in Dyersburg, son of the late Robert Flatt and the late Helen (Covey) Flatt Pugh. He was an employee of A&J Salvage in Union City.
Survivors include two sisters, Cynthia Pierce of Troy and Julie Aguilar of Fairfield, Ohio; his nephew, Josh Flatt of Rives; and his niece, Misty Haynes of Union City.
