Allean Robinson

Services will be 2 p.m. Monday at New Hope Free Will Baptist Church, with the Rev. Ron Smith officiating. Interment will follow in East View Cemetery.
Visitation will be 6-7 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
She was born in Hickman, Ky., to the late Joe Lee and Annie (Dickey) Harris Feb. 3, 1931.
She was the widow of the late Walter M. Robinson, whom she married July 29, 1958, and was a member of New Hope Free Will Baptist Church. She had been an employee of the former Salant & Salant and the former Rainbow Cleaners and she later decided to help her husband with his business, the former Robinson Bar-B-Que Pit. They worked together for 30 years.
She is survived by her daughter, Doris Robinson of Union City; her son, Charles Long of Ann Arbor, Mich.; three grandchildren, Christopher Robinson of Mainz, Germany, Lashanna Boykin of San Diego and Prentice Robinson of Porterville, Calif.; six great-grandchildren, Adylen Robinson of Wichita, Kan., Diego Robinson of Porterville, Shaquille Robinson, Benshun Boykin, Jacob Boykin and Isaiah Robinson, all of San Diego; and a brother, James Harris of Indianapolis.
She was preceded in death by her son, Glen Roach; her sister, Aner Mai Massey; and five brothers, Joe Lee Harris, Ollie Harris Sr., Willie Harris, Elwood Harris and Oscar Harris.
