Neal Kaffeman

Mr. Kaffe-man was born Oct. 21, 1921, in Indianapolis,  son of the late William and Sarah (Burstein) Kaffeman. He married the former Vera Marion Graff Oct. 27, 1940. She died March 20, 2000. He was a retired fleet manager for a moving company and served in the U.S. Army during World War II. He was a member of the Western Sun Masonic Lodge in Troy and Order of Eastern Star.
He is survived by three granddaughters, Jennifer Bishop of Union City, Tammy Mitchell of Oklahoma City and Michele Roellig of Houston; his grandson, Gary Schwartz of Washington, D.C.; eight great-grandchildren, including Michael Bishop of Union City; and three great-great-grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by his daughter, Evelyn Schwartz.
