Services were set for 1 p.m. today at Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church near Union City, with Dr. Bobby Williams officiating, assisted by Dr. Jimmy Latimer. Judy Barker was to offer the eulogy and burial was to follow in Beech Cemetery.
White-Ranson Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers were to be Charles Harmon, Mike Pope, Jim White, Mickey Hamilton, David Hamilton, Bobby Latimer, Jeremy Washburn and Billy H. Reid.
Honorary pallbearers were to be Alice (Hamilton) Reid, Judy Barker, Pam Davis and James Carl Hammond.

She was born Aug. 31, 1923, in Obion County, daughter of the late John Luther “Luke” and Addie May (Rice) Latimer. She was director of the Obion County Health Department from Nov. 2, 1942, until her retirement Aug. 31, 1990. She was a member of Beech Cumberland Presbyterian Church, where she had been past recording clerk and treasurer. She had been a member of Tennessee Public Health Association since 1942 and Tennessee Federation of Business and Professional Women since 1944. She had also been secretary of Community Concert Association of Union City/Obion County.
She is survived by her close personal friends, Peggy and Paul Talkett of Ashland City; her niece, Jean (Latimer) Standridge of Buchanan; her great niece, Amanda Guthrie of Mayfield, Ky.; her great nephew, Jeremy Washburn of McKenzie; and her cousins, Barbara (Rice) Edminster of Havanah, Ark., Dr. Jimmy Latimer, Bobby Latimer and Billy Latimer, all of Memphis, Dr. John Latimer of Brighton, Margaret Ann (Garth) Pope of Smyrna and Carol White of Union City.
She was also preceded in death by her brother, Tom Latimer.
