He was the brother of Gerald Garner of Union City.
Services will be 2 p.m. Tuesday at Bowlin Funeral Home in Dresden, with burial to follow in Eastside Cemetery in Martin.
The family will receive friends 5-8 this evening and 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
