Services will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at Mt. Olive Baptist Church near Union City, with the Rev. Ronnie Wylie officiating. Burial will follow in Mt. Olive Cemetery.
The family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. today at White-Ranson Funeral Home.
Pallbearers will be Jack Clark, Jimmy Hawkins, Johnny Craddock, Keith Douglas, Jacob Carr, Stephen Carr and Colton Carr. Honorary pallbearers will be Jack Freeman, James Williams, Teddy Ladd, J.W. Shelton, Jimmy Barnes, Ricky Grooms, Charles Grooms, Joe Ams, Hershell Tittle and Jimmy Leake.

She was born Oct. 11, 1937, in Obion County, daughter of the late Robert Thomas and Sally Miss (Shepard) Barnes. She married Jake Carr July 27, 1957. He survives. She was a computer operator for Dixie Gun Works in Union City for 22 years and was a member of Mt. Olive Baptist Church.
She is also survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, the Rev. Steve and Renee Carr and Danny and Karen Carr; and three grandsons, Jacob Carr, Stephen Carr and Colton Carr, all of Union City.
She was also preceded in death by her sister, June Driver; and two brothers, Alvin Neal Barnes and Robert Hugh Barnes.
