Danny Blackley

Services were 4 p.m. Sunday at Hornbeak First United Methodist Church, with Cryer Funeral Home in Obion in charge of arrangements. The Rev. Jimmy Calhoun officiated. Pallbearers were David Hart, Paul Hart, Jimmie Hart, Jerry Poynor, Bob Reavis and Leo Smith.
Burial followed in Hornbeak City Cemetery.

He was born Jan. 24, 1960, in Union City, son of Carolyn (Brantley) Blackley of Hornbeak and the late Warren Blackley. He was a member of Hornbeak First United Methodist Church and was an avid Obion County Central High School Rebel basketball fan.
He is also survived by his brother and sister-in-law, Tim and Becky Blackley of Hornbeak; his aunt, Betty (Blackley) Board of Haymarket, Va.; and two uncles and aunts, Robert and Vandle Brantley of Athens, Ala., and Jimmie and Peggy Hart of Troy.
He was also preceded in death by his grandparents, D.L. and Winnie Blackley; and by his aunt, Charlotte Hart.
