‘Bill’ Cloar

Services will be 1 p.m. Tuesday at White-Ranson Funeral Home, with the Rev. Jerry Leggett and Tom Jehnzen officiating. Burial will follow in Obion County Memorial Gardens.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home Tuesday from 11 a.m. until the hour of services. The family requests that memorials be made to Union City Second Baptist Church building fund.
Pallbearers will be Dwayne Cloar, Kevin Cloar, Chris Suiter, Nick Suiter, Danny Brann and Arch Snow.
She was born Sept. 26, 1918, in Weakley County, daughter of the late Virgil B. and Mary Elizabeth (King) Hailey. She married Ervin Allen Cloar Jan. 26, 1944. He died July 28, 2008.
She was a homemaker and a member of Union City Second Baptist Church since 1951.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Brenda Cloar of Pilot Oak, Ky.; six grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by her son, Damon Cloar; her brother, Doyle Hailey; and her sister, Bernice Littrell.
