Hayden King, 89, of Hermitage passed away March 11, 2013, at home. He was a former resident of Obion County.
Services were set for 3 p.m. today at Hibbett & Hailey Chapel in Hermitage, with interment following in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. The Rev. Ron Hackney was to officiate. His grandsons were to serve as pallbearers.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Janett King; three sons and daughters-in-law, Daniel Hayden King Sr. and Donna King, Gary Wayne and Cindy King and Kenneth Clay and Wendy King; his daughter and son-in-law, Sheila (King) and Richard Erwin; nine grandchildren and their spouses, Daniel Hayden King Jr. and Thenia King, Jennifer Lynn and Kent Campbell, Kelly Elizabeth and Mark Judd, Joshua Joseph and Laura King, Jesse Andrew King, Nicholas Hayden King, Ashley (King) and Brian Jaros, Brittani Janae Erwin and Richard Grayson Erwin; two great-grandchildren, Brenna King and Jacob Judd; his twin brother and sister-in-law, Vayden and Chrys King; another brother and sister-in-law, Randall and Marie King; and four sisters and two brothers-in-law, Mary Lee McKay, Lucille Phipps, Helen and Don Larder and Doris and Jimmie Jackson.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and his sister-in-law, Richard and Dorothy King and John Allen King.
