A Mississippi woman was charged with public indecency following an alleged incident in which she was partially undressed early Sunday at a Union City establishment.
Jalisa Breehelle Fifer, 24, of 4613 Sweet Loop St., Southaven, Miss., was charged with public indecency at 4:10 a.m. Sunday, according to a Union City Police Department report.
Police were conducting at walk-through at the Blue Marble at 1220 East Main St. shortly after 3 a.m. Sunday when officers entered the VIP room at the rear of the building and allegedly saw Ms. Fifer standing in the corner with her shirt off. Police reported she appeared to be stripping for several men inside the VIP room, and an officer reported he observed condom wrappers in chairs and money in the floor.
After Ms. Fifer put her clothes back on, she went into the club owner’s office and was then charged by police, according to the report.
