The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Feb. 25-March 1:
Union City High School
Monday, Feb. 25 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 26 — Scrambled egg and sausage with whole grain biscuit or tuna salad with whole grain bread, sweet potato bites, green peas, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 27 — Turkey pot pie with whole wheat roll or pork rib patty with whole grain bun, turnip greens, fresh salad cup, fresh grapes, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 28 — Sausage pizza or soy butter and jelly with whole grain bread, Great Northern beans, steamed broccoli, fresh orange, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, March 1 — Cheeseburger with whole grain bun or whole grain corndog, french fries, fresh sandwich salad cup, fresh banana, canned mandarin oranges and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Note: UCHS offers fresh salad bar options daily.
UC Middle School

South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for Feb. 25-March 1:
Breakfast
Monday, Feb. 25 — Whole grain Pop Tarts with fresh orange wedge or whole grain cereal with yogurt and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, Feb. 26 — Whole grain breakfast bagel or whole grain cereal and Pop Tart and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, Feb. 27 — Whole grain biscuit with ham or whole grain cereal with cheese toast and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, Feb. 28 — Whole grain breakfast burrito or whole grain cereal with toast and jelly and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, March 1 — Menu not provided.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Feb. 25 — Ravioli or chicken dippers, seasoned broccoli, whole kernel corn, whole grain roll, fresh apple half and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, Feb. 26 — Chicken chunks or beef fingers, mashed potatoes, peas and carrots, fresh whole orange and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, Feb. 27 — Turkey ham and cheese or chicken salad sandwich, carrot sticks with fat-free dressing, green beans, strawberry cup and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, Feb. 28 — Hot dog with whole wheat bun or sloppy joe with whole wheat bun, baked beans, potato wedges, fresh grapes and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, March 1 — Pizza or fish sandwich with whole wheat hamburger bun, romaine salad, cherry tomatoes, California blend vegetables, fresh banana and low-fat milk or juice.
