Helen Louise Atwill, 86, of Fulton died Feb. 10, 2013, at Golden Living Center in Union City.
Funeral services were set for 2 p.m. today at Hornbeak Funeral Chapel in Fulton. Interment awas to follow in Rush Creek Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Gideons International, P.O. Box 1325, Fulton, KY 42041; Rush Creek Cemetery, in care of Ellen Petty, 715 Whirmantler St., Union City, TN 38261; Alzheimer’s Association, 6100 Dutchmans LN STE 401, Louisville, KY 40205-3284; or Order of the Eastern Star, in care of Frances Lewis, 5590 Ralston Road, South Fulton, TN 38257.
She was a member of the Cayce Baptist Church and Order of Eastern Star of Fulton, where she served as deputy matron and in numerous offices. She was also an active member of the Gideons auxiliary and had worked in Union City, doing clerical work.
She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Joseph “Lewis” Atwill of Fulton; her son and daughter-in-law, Joseph Lewis “J.L.” and Melanie Atwill of Fulton; two grandchildren and the spouse of one, Camiel (Atwill) and Mike Taylor of Martin and Jay Atwill of Fulton; and two great-grandchildren, Emma Taylor and Nick Taylor, both of Martin.
 She was preceded in death by her parents, Archie and Mayme (Moss) Stallins; and her half brother, Raymond Stallins.
