Ruthville Baptist Church news

We had a wonderful time of fellowship with our prayer meeting Wednesday night. We have so many on our sick list. We need to pray for our sick. We sang three wonderful songs and Bro. Lowell read from Ecclesiastes 1:4-11. What a blessing.

Sunday morning after Sunday school, we sang “Happy Anniversary” to Betty and Charles Parks. On Feb.4 they will be married 54 years. We sang several songs. Bro. Lowell played guitar and sang “People Need Jesus.”

Bro. Lowell preached from I John 1:1-10. We closed in prayer and song of invitation.     

That night we had very few here but we are still in fellowship with our Lord. We sang several songs and we read from John 2:23-25. What a blessing to our Lord.

On Saturday we are having our yearly Valentine supper at our church. Everyone remember we have to take sauce to church so we can have a great night.
