The Union City School System has announced the following lunch menus for Feb. 11-15:
Union City High School
& UC Middle School
Monday, Feb. 11 — Baked chicken nuggets or beef fingers with whole wheat roll, mashed potatoes with gravy, carrot sticks, fresh apple, canned peaches and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Spaghetti and meat sauce or tuna salad with whole grain breadstick, steamed broccoli, fresh salad cup, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Chicken fajita or turkey bologna and cheese with whole grain tortilla, fajita mix vegetables, pinto beans, fresh grapes, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Thursday, Feb. 14 — Beef and bean burrito or pork rib patty with whole grain bun, baked sweet potato, California blend vegetables, fresh orange, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk.
Friday, Feb. 15 — No school; parent-teacher conference.
Note: UCHS and UCMS offer fresh salad bar options daily.
Union City Elementary

South Fulton Elementary School has announced the following menus for Feb. 11-15:
Breakfast
Monday, Feb. 11 — Whole grain Pop Tart or whole grain cereal with graham crackers and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Ham and cheese hot bar with fresh orange or whole grain cereal with graham cracker and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Whole grain breakfast pizza or whole grain cereal with whole grain toast and jelly and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, Feb. 14 — Chicken with whole grain biscuit or whole grain cereal with wheat cheese toast and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, Feb. 15 — Whole grain maple pancakes or whole grain cereal with graham crackers and low-fat milk or juice.
Note: Free breakfast is offered daily to every SFES student.
Lunch
Monday, Feb. 11 — Chicken patty with hamburger bun or mini corndog, English peas, sweet potatoes, fruit bowl and low-fat milk or juice.
Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Hot ham and cheese or grilled chicken patty with whole wheat buns, romaine salad, cherry tomatoes, fat-free or lite dressing, whole kernel corn, fresh pear half and low-fat milk or juice.
Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Vegetable beef soup with grilled cheese sandwich or chicken salad with whole wheat bread, crackers, carrot sticks with fat-free dressing, apple half and low-fat milk or juice.
Thursday, Feb. 14 — Barbecue pork or sloppy joe with whole wheat hamburger buns, baked beans, oven fries, fresh grapes and low-fat milk or juice.
Friday, Feb. 15 — Barbecue chicken with whole grain roll or crispito, green beans, spinach salad, cherry tomatoes, fat-free dressing, fresh banana and low-fat milk or juice.
