Tuesday, Feb. 12 — Spaghetti and meat sauce or tuna salad with whole grain breadstick, steamed broccoli, fresh salad cup, fresh orange, canned applesauce and low-fat milk and skim milk. Wednesday, Feb. 13 — Chicken fajita or turkey bologna and cheese with whole grain tortilla, fajita mix vegetables, pinto beans, fresh grapes, canned pears and low-fat milk and skim milk. Thursday, Feb. 14 — Beef and bean burrito or pork rib patty with whole grain bun, baked sweet potato, California blend vegetables, fresh orange, canned pineapple and low-fat milk and skim milk. Friday, Feb. 15 — No school; parent-teacher conference. Note: UCHS and UCMS offer fresh salad bar options daily.
