Jane (Hopper) Wright Norman, 64, of Moultrie, Ga., died Feb. 3, 2013, at Colquitt Regional Medical Center in Georgia. She was a former resident of Obion.
Graveside services were 2 p.m. Tuesday at Westview Cemetery in Georgia, with the Rev. James “Shot” Sellers officiating.
Cobb Funeral Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
The family requests that memorials be made to the Humane Society of Moultrie and Colquitt County, 1412 First St., N.W., Moultrie, GA 31768.
She was born March 15, 1948, in Obion, daughter of the late T.W. “Dubbs” and Annie Laurie (Clymer) Hopper.
Survivors include her husband, Tommy W. Norman; her son, Phillip Wright of Hermitage; her daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Erric Walker of Hermitage; two stepsons, Todd Norman and his fiancée, Sue Huston, of Moultrie and Craig Norman of Gallatin; her sister, Joanne H. Woody of Germantown; two grandchildren, Tylee Atkinson and Jayden Walker, both of Hermitage; two step-grandchildren, Michael Norman and Mason Norman, both of Gallatin; and her much loved mini-Schnauzer, Sassi.
