The Messenger, February 4, 2013 The Veterans Service Office, located at 622 South Depot St. in Union City at the Senior Citizens Center, will be changing office hours effective Feb. 19. The new hours will be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. The office will be closed Feb. 18 for the Presidents’ Day holiday.
