Adalee Belle Vickers

The Messenger congratulates Mr. and Mrs. Charlie Vickers of Troy on the birth of a daughter, Adalee Belle Vickers, at 4:31 p.m. Dec. 18, 2012, at Jackson-Madison County General Hospital. She weighed 3 pounds, 3 ounces and was 15 inches long. She is the sister of Kinley, 8, and Braxton, 4. Her grandparents are Glenn Vickers of Tiptonville, Shelia Morris and Tammy Ramsey, both of Troy, and Mark Farley of Dresden. Her great-grandparents are Wanda Alexander and Aaron and Faye Tittle, both of Troy, and Madie Watts of Tiptonville. Her mother is the former Kayla Farley of Troy.
