The bride-elect is the daughter of Ronal and Pam Rogers of Dresden. Her grandparents are Paul and Jane Chandler and Waymon and the late Betty Rogers, all of Dresden. Miss Rogers is a 2003 graduate of Dresden High School. She graduated in 2007 from the University of Tennessee at Martin with a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing and management. She is employed in Union City. The groom-elect is the son of Ronnie and Debbie Turner of Gleason. He is the grandson of Ruth and the late Glendell Arnold of Gleason and Mildred and the late Raymond (Wimpy) Turner of Dresden. Turner is a 2007 graduate of Dresden High School.. He is employed in Martin. The couple will exchange vows Feb. 16 in the Boling University Center Ballroom at UTM.
