Josse Wilburn Palmer, 76, of Bloomington, Ill., died Jan. 27, 2013.

Services will be held at 3 p.m. today (Thursday) at Bowlin Funeral Home Chapel in Dresden.

Palmer was a veteran of the United States Army.
