The Messenger, January 29, 2013 The Obion County School Board will meet in regular session Monday at 7 p.m. at Hillcrest Elementary School in Troy. The monthly board orientation will be held Friday at 7 a.m. at the board office on South Third Street in Union City. Both meetings are open to the public.
