The Messenger, January 23, 2013 A Union City woman believes she is the possible victim of identity theft. Alaina Beth Christ told Union City police on Tuesday that she may be the victim of identity theft after she received a bill for more than $1,000 from the State of California for back taxes from 2009. She said she has never lived in California and does not know anything about the taxes.
