The Messenger, January 23, 2013 Northwest Tennessee Disaster Services will meet Monday at 6 p.m. at Union City Second Baptist Church at 831 North Everett Blvd. in Union City. Those interested in attending the meeting, which is open to the public, are asked to enter at the side entrance near the Obion County Farmers Co-op.
