The Messenger, January 22, 2013 Obion County’s animal shelter organization, Wags & Whiskers: Safe Haven, will meet at 7 p.m. Jan. 31 at the Obion County Public Library. The rescheduled meeting from last week will include a discussion of potential animal shelter sites, recent and upcoming fundraising activities and committee reports. The meeting is open to the public.
