Sandra Gail Reynolds Chamberlain, 65, of Martin, died Jan. 16, 2013 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Union City.

Services were held at 1 p.m. Saturday at Alamo Baptist Church with Murphy Funeral Home of Martin in charge of the arrangements.
