SCV dinner planned

The Col. Jeffrey Forrest Brigade of the Tennessee Division of the Sons of Confederate Veterans will have the annual Lee-Jackson Dinner Saturday at 6:30 p.m. at Another Thyme, located at 316 North First St. in Union City.
Host for the event will be the Gen. Otho French Strahl, Camp 176.
Dinner will be $14 and post camp commander Bill Threlkeld will be the guest speaker.
Visitors are welcome to attend, a spokesman said.
