The Messenger, January 18, 2013 There will be a meeting of the Obion County Solid Waste Regional Planning Board Thursday at 3:30 p.m. in the meeting room of the Obion County Law Enforcement Complex at 1 Law Lane in Union City, according to Mike Cary, solid waste director for the county. The session is open to the public.
